HOW DO I PURCHASE A PRODUCT ONLINE?

Select a category or occasion to discover the many celebration products our website offers. To learn more about a product, click on its image. This will take you to the product detail page, where you can view the product and its attributes in closer detail. If you’re ready to make a purchase, click the “Where to Buy” button. You’ll then be offered a selection of online retailer links to visit and complete your purchase. If you’d rather shop in store, just click on the “Retail Locator” button and enter your ZIP code to find a retailer near you that carries the Papyrus products you love.

HOW DO I SUBMIT ARTWORK FOR PORTFOLIO REVIEW?

We appreciate your interest in working with Papyrus.   

To submit artwork, photography or copy for review, please send color copies or printed materials only.  Do not send original works of any kind.  Please limit your submission to no more than 12 images or copy ideas.  If you wish to have your submission material returned, you must include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with sufficient return postage.  Papyrus is not responsible for any submissions lost or damaged by the postal service.  Please address your submissions to:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Papyrus is sold online from various retailers, although shipping to your home country may vary. Please check retailer shipping information. Also, please check our retail locator to find Papyrus products sold at a retailer near you.

 

HOW DO I USE MY PERKS BY PAPYRUS OR MY PAPYRUS STORE CREDITS?

The Perks program, owned by Schurman Retail Group, was discontinued when the company closed the specialty stores. Please check your favorite retailers where you find Papyrus for ongoing promotions and offers.

 

HOW CAN I USE MY PAPYRUS GIFT CARD BALANCE?

Gift cards issued for the Schurman Retail Group Papyrus stores can no longer be redeemed following the specialty store closures. Gift cards to other retailers where Papyrus is sold can be redeemed on Papyrus products. For a list of retailers where Papyrus is sold, please visit our retail locator.

 

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF AMERICAN GREETINGS?

American Greetings, owner of the Papyrus brand, has grown the business since acquiring it in 2009 into one of the most recognizable greeting cards brands in the industry. 

 

WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER PRODUCTS IN PAPYRUS STORES? 

American Greetings will continue to make Papyrus branded products including cards, gift packaging, stationery, and entertaining items and offer them for sale in thousands of doors across retailers in the US and Canada, including select locations online. We are unable to comment on the future availability of any items not branded Papyrus.

 

I LIVE INTERNATIONALLY AND WOULD LIKE TO SHOP FOR PAPYRUS.

We have partnered with a number of online retailers to sell our Papyrus products.  Each of them has a different approach to whether or not they will ship to international destinations so we encourage you to visit the websites of those participating retailers to determine if they will ship to your destination.  To see a list of those retailers, please go to our retail partners page.
